Vande Mataram

I ws watching debate of NDTV where Barkha Dutt was so excited with d topic of d debate...i dnt knw why thy always pick up such hot issues and forget the floods in karnatake and many other serious issues of grave concern...may be trps are more imp and greed overshadows their commitment to the society, being in d business of media.

Ok..whatever but muslims have got problem in singing lines of Vande Mataram. Nothing new...when they didnt hv d problem...when some one signed on the shoe with his initials being mohemmad,,,when allah reduced to a cartoon and thousands were killed...all over the world stories of muslim intolerance are nothing new...d difference is that in India these are highlighted more as they make around 20% of India and can change the government...congress had always understood this fact and has reaped on it

coming to our great home minister (earlier he was a great FM, god knows why he was changed and what great show he will do after HM), went to deoband and supported fatwa...muslims will vote for you man and you will leave muslims as they are...as you have been successfully doing from past 60 yrs...and you will call bjp and rss communal as they talk logic and common sense which would definitely help muslims to come out from the darkness...like madarsa...blind islamic terrorism...second rated treatment to females etc.

If saying vande matam is un islamic and muslims are really serious to remain pure muslims by following the verses of Koran...to my surprise 90% of you guys are no more muslim...as you may have invested in share market...you may be earning interest in banks...you may have a dog at home...ypu may have a scenery at home... and you may not of offering help to your needy neighbor.

If musilms of India are given a choice, many of there would prefer PAKITAN over India ( as can be seen in Indo-Pak matches), but the pity is...Pak is struggling for remaining a united nation so muslims in India don't have a choice.

Muslims who understand the issues and are liberal minded often prefer to remain silent...what a pity these guys are facing and congress will never like the changed mindset of an average muslim...

Why Modi??????????

A friend just told me that she had given a GD and the topic was Narendra Modi : The future Prime minister?I was appalled to know that many of the candidates spoke in favor of the topic. well, nothing to get really surprised about the opinions of my college mates who are obviously lesser mortals than the big corporate tycoons like Ratan Tata and Mukesh Ambani. what really surprises me is the reaction of these biggies to Narendra Modi’s initiatives.

After Narendra Modi gave an easy entry to the TATAs in Gujarat, he was hailed as a messiah of the corporate India by the corporate bigwigs. In my opinion this is nothing more than lobbying for future favors by our corporate baadshahs.

Consider these facts. Before Modi, Gujarat was among the top states in India and was famous for its exports as it now is. Before Narendra Modi took charge of the state, Gujarat was among the states having the least no. of people under poverty line. And it continues to rank well in this parameter. More than 80% of the trade and commerce that takes place in the state is in unorganized sector. As we know this un-organized sector comprises of small and individual entrepreneurs, families who have been into business since decades. No doubt that the much-revered prosperity of the state is because of the contribution of these small businesses that dominate the commerce in the state. And yes, who doesn’t relate businessmen to gujaratis who belong to a culture in which business is knit inseparabely and for centuries business has been the main bread winning activity.

This makes it clear that Narendra Modi’s contribution is nothing to celebrate about for Gujarat’s prosperity. And how can one forget the ghastly Gujarat riots during which many of our innocent brothers and sisters lost their lives for no single reason but the negligence of the government. God, it sends me shivers when I think of Modi as the Prime Minister.

India is a land of diverse cultures. Tata’s bad time in Singur was not due to Buddha Deb Bhattacharjee’s incapability or uninterest. But because of the conservative culture of the state and the community’s aversion to business activities.

With the kind of autonomy states enjoy Narendra Modi as a Prime Minister won’t be anything but a failure as his tactics won’t work in India taking all the states together. And lets not forget the black spot in the history of his ministership(Gujarat riots). Let him not take the advantage of the fact that Public memory is short.

Mayawati: kick this lady out

i think this illeterate lady deserves to be kicked out of politics asap. she tops the list of politicians who have made politics a personal business and dont have the slightest regard to their responsibility.

from all her deeds so far, it seems that all she wants to do for UP is to construct big statue of hers in every corner of the state and spend crores of rupees on personal comforts and luxury and of course the celebration of her birthdays.

after hearing about the recent news of MK Gupta'a murder, a PWD engineer who was beaten to death by an MLA for refusing to give 50 Lakc Rs for the celebration of the birthday of this bitch mayawati, i only want her to suffer the severest of the punishments possible. it is alleged that she had given a target of Rs 1000 Crore to be collected by MPs and MLAs of her party for the celebration of her birthday. not only these MPs and MLAs were under pressure to collect this amount for her b'day on 15th Jan but also the police was doing their bit to achieve the target.

this illeterate woman has proved time and again that all she has in her brain is cow-dung if at all there is anything.

i dont understand why politicians without any sound education and many having criminal records are given a chance to contest elections . and i pity that the electoral is itself uneducated and naive that they come in the trap of the promises made by these good-for-nothing politicians.

Caste is another big factor that is responsible for the poor state of politics in the country.

i wish people could give away their solidarity towards the castes they belong to and become faithful only to their motherland and humanity as a whole.

until this happens politicians like mayawati will continue to rule states and our comatose country will remain ailing without any hope of revival.

Working for a company

Thr r verticals and functions in any company, inter related in ways that r complex to define bt r critical to acheive d mission nd vision of the company.thr may be certain roles which get in touch wotht d customers directly nd other r support functions. ex of the previous one ll be d sales role.
so sales mgrs develop a cm insight nd knw d real story of d battlefield...thy can best expalin u d cm expectations nd can give sm very valuable insights when company is stratisin to beat d competetion. sales team need support frm ohr functions nd if thy dnt get enough support, thr job becomes on both the counts....to meet d external cm expectation (as only thy r asked if deivery is nt upto d mark) when other teams r nt uotp sales team expectation. then thr comes d language of bamboo...bt tht works nd doesnt work...it is both ways depending on with whom u r dealin nd wht is d issue and more importantlt...hw is ur process defined.

in fact durin my b school, when i read CRM it emphasized a lot to bring all functions into cm contact ( directly/indiecrectly) bt i am seein one organization failin in doin it.

sales team need to hv a upperhand in terms changin d way othr functons work, if tht is nt in d cms interest. though this shud happen with in d limits of stnrd prcess execution.

terrorism, a menace to soceity

thr hv been terror attacks in so many parts of india, and many new org are coming forward to take the resopnsibilty, and PM and home minister are very regular in visiting the affected site and helping diseased families... and no doubt making same to same statement after every henious crime. thes statements having many heavy words like, cowardice act, punishable offence, one particular community has the roots in the history...like nehru and gandhi was very apt and sensible in making such great commmets...dont you know tryst with destiny... shld have been printed thousands of time...and thr have been numerous books ( only in print and not in actionat all) ...anyway nothin concrete has come up in terms of executing a robust plan of action to deal with the problem.

thr is one new type of terrorism...hindu terror, but it is a reaction so some politicians are trying to justify it...and i even read a comment " had thr been hindu terror, muslim terros wld hv nvr been in place" and the is definitely some element of truth in it.

In Assam, infiltration has been rampant and with that comes terrorism nd congress wont take any action as these muslims are the vote bank for it. so if the BJP talks abt the issue, it is nt a secular party adn lalu, mulayam are biggest seculars as thy ll nvr say a word againt Simi or any othr muslim supported terror outfit though even a blind can read out the msg. Again vote bank politics...

actully hindu being a majority in india hs always been at the loosing side...i just wonder who coined the term hindu rate of growth...what the hell...if hindu represents sluggishness, dullness and all the negative qualities...and media is so apt and quick in criticising RSS and VHP, as if the top leaders of these are behind such incidents.

Now when Modi hs been a clean chit for Godhra, my secular freinds are so frustated that how come...where are all the news channels...and look at HT...there was an article...the masscre machine on Modi....i firmly beleive that all the lesons of goodness and gratness are meant only for hindus as thet are expected to do the right things at all times and shouls always beleive in harmony even if someone attcks hanuman mandir in rajsthan or akshardham in gujrat.

but time has changed and the change is for good...

and i wont be surprised if for every 10 attackes by muslim outfits, there is 1 reple by a hindu outfit...this is more like the newton's third law...every actuon has an eual and opposite reaction, in this case euality law is missing.

with love to all

my love for my college

thr r colleges and thr r careers comin out of these colleges...sometimes b school miss out on the later part nd make students feel cheated when after payin a huge fee in indian standards, u bite dust. not because u need to be extraordinary but becoz the intake ws if u r sheep nd not future managers. nd many of these famous b schools hv a tie up with one of the big media house to participate in the rankin nd students again get in the trap.bt frankly they dnt hv a choice...govt has nt been able to provide rqrd infra to accomodte the expandin no of students so pvt palyers come in to pic and start makin quick money in in the name of education.

nd to my surprise hw do these b school appear in the top 10 when evry student is nt gettin even a job...again power of money brain nd no doubt in efficiency of govt...our hrd minister...leads to such deceptive results.

nd thr is an atmosphere tht u cant say all the shit ur b school made u to eat among b school students fraternity and the real beneficiaries enjoy the easily made perks and thr remains frustation and rejection among many students but wht can do they.

in the name of loyalty...u pay extra money with out any returns.

this ll remain as it is...till some miracle happens and again our ser sector grows at a rapid rate like near past nd we r able to fit all pass outs on to jobs...

bt i ll suggest to be vocal nd speak out truth t0 them who want to join a b school

The purpose of religion…

Islam, is often considered to be synonymous with terrorism. Or at least it is the general perception of most of the people around the world. It is also true that Islam never was the direct reason behind the spread of terrorism. But no one can ignore that all the terrorists around the world follow islam. It is not this fact that surprises me. But its the tenacity of these terrorists to accomplish their mission of jehad in the name of their religion, that I find quite appalling.
Not only these terrorists but also the general muslims are such ardent followers of their religion. Any harm that is inflicted upon any part of the society is dealt with great uproar of resistance from across all the sections of the religion. The afzal guru case and the case of caricatures of Prophet Mohammed only effectively epitomize this fact.
Christians are no different. The millions of dollars being spent by some organizations in the US to spread Christianity by converting people from other castes is a proof of their mission to make Christianity an all pervasive dominant religion around the world.
The point I’m trying to drive upon is that the followers of these religions as opposed to the followers Hinduism are so much focused on their religion that they have missed the very purpose of a religion, which is nothing but spreading humanity.
Hinduism I feel has been successful in sending its message across to its followers. Its emphasis on Karma, its ever forgiving gods and the assurance that it gives to its followers that any follower in any trouble is free to come to “ bhagwan ke sharan” ( god’s footsteps) reflects that hinduism is a tolerant religion. Moreover, unlike Christianity and Islam which are dogmatic and lay down strict rules for their followers, the various hindu scripts have been written in the form of stories. This shows that Hinduism doesn’t threaten its followers in case they make mistakes. The dogmatic nature of the other religions can be one reason why their followers perceive other religions not following what is written in their scripts to be doing wrong. This is also a reason why the followers of these religions see any harm inflicted to their community as a catastrophe brought upon by others against their religion.
Hinduism with so many gods leaves the choice on its followers to pray anyone. Perhaps the rishis that wrote the Ramayana, Mahabharata and other Hindu scripts realized the basic fact that all human beings are born different. They have different inclinations and bend of mind. Expecting all of them to follow certain strict rules and codes of conduct in everything that they do is foolish. Perhaps this is why the Hinduism is told by the medium of stories which gives enough space for its followers to interpret it in their way. Hinduism doesn’t concentrate on making its followers adopt strict rules which would guide their lives. But it concentrates on making people realize the importance of humanity and respect for other people. This indeed is the essence of a religion.
I don’t want to compare all the religions and come to any conclusions but considering all these facts, only makes the strengths of Hinduism more evident and brings reverence in my heart for it.
